What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is not a nice to have - it is a necessity. If you don’t develop mindfulness you will stay mindless - the default state of the normal automatic mind. Mindfulness is a matter of life and death.

Mindfulness is not something you practice for a few minutes each day and then put away for the rest of the day! That's pure mindfulness and pure mindfulness never put bread on the table!

You need to learn how to focus - that’s what mindfulness is all about - when it matters, in the cut and thrust of everyday life. When you’re focused you can handle any challenge, you can banish stress and do what you need to do to get to where you really want to go… today, this year, in your life.

That’s the power of applied mindfulness - you transform your life by fully living it each moment, in each here and now.
