We're taking things back to basics in what is in effect a well-timed "Back-to-School" session: we are reminding ourselves (in more ways than one!) that everything boils down to our ability to be aware, self-aware, deeply aware of the reality of the moment. So, I've started this session by asking a particular question... answer it for yourself!
