Once you embark on what might be described as "Operation Freeflow", your new free-flowing neural traffic will, simply and effortlessly, take off.
That, in itself, has recently been described to me by an Online Program Owner as "liberating". But, perhaps an even more interesting thing about this freeflow is that, this freeflowing traffic knows exactly where it's going.
It doesn't need any intervention of your part to direct it. Instinctively, intuitively, it will enable you open your eyes, be alert to the signs on that neural motorway, take the right turns, make the right lane changes and do it all effortlessly, if and when you let it.
The inner you knows where it's going. Yes, we can encourage it - and we should - by handwriting what we often discribe as Perfect Moments - but, at its most fundamental level, this inner you knows instinctively and intuitively what you need to do, when you need to do it, how you need to do it and, then, let it all just happen as if things are "just falling into your lap".
This is as easy as breathing in and out. This comes naturally to us once we allow it happen for us.
And, as this week's video emphasises, we simply allow this happen - all of it's own intuitive accord - by meditating: it builds the motorway and it opens up the road ahead for us, effortlessly.
Nothing could be simpler. And, if you think that, as a result of its simplicity, it's difficult, then that's just you thinking about it.
Keep an eye on yourself: notice when you're thinking about doing something and, as a result, what has to do done is put off or delayed; notice when you're overthinking something that may not need to occupy any of your brain-power at all; notice when you're thinking about yourself...
We're at our best when we're not thinking - not thinking at all.
The more we notice ourselves thinking, the more we'll find little triggers to stop!
