We're either flowing or we're trying to swim upstream, exhausting ourselves in the process.
The normally-minded will thrash and flail as they struggle against life's fast-flowing stream, thinking that the hard work that they're putting in is what will get them to where they think they want to go.
Re-read the previous sentence - it sums up most people's everyday life and the madness of it all.
The only struggle in life is the one going on in our own head. Or, to put it succinctly, there is no struggle. The "hard" in hard work is thinking that it's hard or thinking that nothing good can come from not working hard. Whichever way you look at it, once thought enters the process, there's always going to struggle and stress.
There is another way, another "process" - the one that Online Program Owners shout from the rooftops that you must follow. Following that process simply means constantly, diligently and deliberately choosing to be as present now as is humanly possible - choosing life... your life.
Once you even start doing that, you stop flailing against the flow of life and, sooner or later (sooner if you're committed!), you start simply flowing in life's fast-flowing stream.
But you have to do that now and, then, now again. Allowing the flow take you, surrendering to flow, just letting go, will take you to places that you're struggling mind wouldn't even begin to understand, never mind believe.
Make sure, right now, that you giving your undivided attention to reading these words.
You can then choose to enhance your experience of this moment by noticing how you feel about what you're reading. You can also deepen your experience of the moment by reading these words aloud, noticing how the sound of your own voice reverberates in your ears.
Deliberately choosing to deeply experience this moment will set you up nicely for the next now.
