The madness of thought... you're thinking mind seems to think that you need a kick up the backside to remind you to stop thinking! Re-read that if you like, it's only the tip of the iceberg of normal crazy madness.
By the way, most of us - and, from time to time I would include myself - seem to be aroused by a so-called "Wake Up Call". This is at the same time as fully and completely understanding that we're the ones who wake ourselves up... we are the only ones who can.
Obviously, if we need this external props to pique our internal responsibility, there's something amiss. And that "something" is consistency of choice - something that we've now alluded to a couple of times in recent weeks.
We need to keep choosing to awaken, not until we're sick making that choice(!) but until we become so accustomed to that discipline that we discipline ourselves without choosing. Or, to put it another way, until our restructure brain starts doing the choosing for us, regardless.

For now, you, me, the rest of us, all need to remind ourselves (until we're blue in the face reminding ourselves!) that it's not good enough to wake up - we need to stay awake. We need to be awake to each now, awake to each opportunity or synchronicity, awake to everything that we can be.
Stop now and ask yourself "How am I feeling right now?"
Regardless of the answer, the question itself is the wake-up call that you need to give yourself.
Don't wait for Thursday so that I can remind you, so that I can give you the well-placed proverbial kick.
Kick yourself... ever so gently. Do it now.
