This week, as I gear up for a set of longer Thursday morning videos (starting on Thursday November 9th), we explore both meditation (in this week's video, which provides you with the second good reason for meditating) and Flow (in this week's Podcast) - because one leads to another... something we'll explore in clinical detail in the coming weeks.
For now, there are a couple of important points that we need to understand and appreciate. Meditation is not the ba all and end all! Don't fall into the trap that many before you have - thinking that our Thursday morning videos, my Podcast and, indeed, The Psychology of Success Online Program itself are "meditation programs". As someone said to me a couple of years ago "Why would I pay you for a meditation program when I can get that stuff online (including from your good self!) for free?"
Meditation is a tool. That's all. Right now, if your life hd fallen to pieces and resembled a few exhausted-looking planks of wood, meditation is the multi-purpose power tool that will enable you not just assemble those planks but craft them into something beautiful. Indeed, something where the beauty of which will only emerge the more you work on it!
So, today, I'd urge you to listen to this week's Podcast on Flow and take the couple of minutes necessary to watch this week's video. Right now, we're lining up our ingredients, which we'll assemble in the coming weeks, creating a cake... with the cherry on top!!!

Reflect on how well you feel. I mean physically well. Are you looking after yourself?
Reflect on what you eat, how regularly you eat and how well (or otherwise) you feel afterwards?
Reflect on what you drink, how much you drink - I'm refering to alcohol and water... most of us don't know how to hydrate ourselves!
Just reflect for now.
