This Week's Reflection

Do you know what the first part of the sentence to this week's Video's title is?

Life - living it your way, living it to the full - is an incredibly simple process. You simply decide to turn up to as many moments of your life as is humanly possible. That's it.

Of course, you have to train a little. But that's simple too: a few minutes (7-8mins) each morning meditating properly and, after just eight weeks you will have made your very own evolutionary quantum leap. I can say this without any fear of contradiction - there's simply too much reseach (you can never have too much research!) that confirms that, after just eight weeks' morning meditation, your brain will have restructured itself, making it fit for purpose... the purpose of living your life your way, to the full.

What happens, though, is that people start getting frustrated that they haven't achieved new things or experienced a quantum leap in their daily life. And that frustration impedes what is an otherwise inevitability - that your heart's desires will fall into place as a result of you following the process.

Just like a child understands vocubulary approximately six months before they can speak it, when you meditate, your mind already restructures itself. All you then have to do is allow your mind look after you. This allowing requires the little choices, one now at a time, that we've been talking about in recent weeks and that requires the exact opposite of frustration - it requires peace of mind.

As my Program Owners continually explain to new arrivals, "It's a process, you need to follow the process and you need to trust the process".

RECOMMENDED PODCAST

In keeping with what we're talking about this week, I've another recommendation for you. Give yourself 30mins or so to listen to the following podcast episode and...

Keep an eye out for the return of the Podcast "To Succeed... Just Let Go."

This Week's Quick Tip

Trust the process. Remind yourself to trust the process. When you find yourself slipping back into doubt or fear or simple everyday frustration, re-mind yourself. I mean remind yourself to be present in that moment of self-discovery - this will continue the process of re-minding you, of deepening the development of your newly structured brain.

In doing so, sooner or later (at the Perfect Moment in fact), everything will fall into place as a result of your being present and focused.
