This Week's Reflection

 

Between this week's video, this week's Quick Tip, Episode #105 of my Podcast and, indeed, yesterday's Facebook Live (don't forget, you don't have to be a Facebook member or user to watch, you can simply click the link I've provided and watch it on this website), there is one central message: you can allow what is best for you come to pass because you are the creator of your life.

There are all kinds of ways that we can go about changing our lives: Vision Boards (that approach is insufficent; Affirmations (the backroad where you're almost bound to lose your way and give up); classic so-called "Goal Setting" and its associated planning (this week's Podcast debunks the whole notion of planning and...

The scientifically validated sure-fire way of clearing and setting your mind to how it feels to experience your heart's desire - what you will have heard me refer to before as the Perfect Moment. This one works and, often, works at remarkable speed. It works in a way that the thinking mind cannot anticipate. And, often, it works to delive an outcome that the thinking mind (poor little thing!) could never even begin to imagine.

It is the second piece of what I often refer to as The Two-Piece Jigsaw - clearing and setting your mind.

If you really want to change your life or any aspect of it, this is the route because it unleashes the power of the intuitive brain to enable you be the right person, in the right place, at the right time even though, very often, you won't see the relevance of the place or time!

This part of your brain enables you, as Nike would have it, just do it - whatever "it" happens to be. It enables you do it without thinking about it - it's the thinking about it that holds us all back. It will liberate you.
