Remember, we're animals and that we're best when we allow our animal instincts do what we need to do to get to where we want to go.
It can be hard to believe but it's true - over 90% of people whom you encounter today don't know where they are, don't know why they are where they don't know they are and... have no idea who they are. And what's worse is that they don't know that they don't know.
These scientific facts provide you with advantages, challenges and responsibilities.
The advantage is actually an evolutionary one - your brain's structure has evolved. It means you're better or, when we're in flow, best placed to do just what you need to do to move forward.
The challenge is that you're surrounded by crazies - and they want you to play their game. But, know what you know, you're better or, if you're in flow, best equipped to surf those challenges and flow forward.
And the responsibilities? Well, they are at least two-fold: you don't embrace your advantage to the disadvantage of others and you allow others the potential to raise their awareness through your's.
Short, sweet and to the point.
Make sure that you know what you're doing! I know it sounds strange but most people will meander cluelessly through today.
So pause (not paws!), steady yourself, slow down, remember why you're here (wherever that might be) and do the right thing. And do the right thing right!

Received a letter on Monday inviting me to set up my online healthcare account. I was informed that my confidential code would be valid for six weeks from the date on the letter which was... March 13th!
Tried it anyway and was informed my code was out of date, that I should request a new code. When I attempted to do that, the website told me that they have no record of me qualifying for an online health account - I need to call their helpline!
A quick glance at online reviews for the French health system's customer service will show you that most reviewers lament the fact that you can't give less than 1 out of 10 or, actually, a minus score!!
