It is awfully simple but it is the exact opposite of awful!
You live your "best life", you are the "best version of you" when you simply allow yourself be.
We already know this: we know that people with "presence" are attractive - they attract the people and opportunities that they need for their "best life" into their realm through their presence.
Presence is awfully simple - it is simply what we are when we are... present. In other words, free from thought, in the here and now. It is that awfully simple.
Science - the sciences of bio-electricity and quantum physics, the investigations into the primo-vascular system - confirms that presence is transmitive and attractive - we transmit our intentions and receive the results through the flow of our own vital energy in consort with energy at large.
To quote one Online Program Owner: "When I meditate I put up my transmitter and, when my transmitter goes up, so does my receiver".
But that's only the half of it... we develop our presence through meditation so that we are present throughout the day - meditation is the training for "living your best life".
One final reflection: who needs the science when our results confirm it?
Go out for a stroll today or, if you're reading this late in the evening, do so early in the morning.
A stroll means just what it suggests - walk slowly and... just let yourself be.
You're a human being, not a human doing and certainly not a human thinking.
Indeed, in relation to your own humanity, tuning into this week's podcast might elaborate on what I mean.
But don't listen to anything while you're strolling, leave your 'phone behind, take your airpods out... just stroll.
