This Week's Reflection

 

This week's podcast explores how we're all still developing and will always be developing, even as we hit what conventionally is viewed as "old age" - God help us!!

 

It also provides an insight into the science behind how we develop and how our development impacts those around us - we're back to your responsibility being great, as per our video, of that title, a few weeks ago.

 

If we are still developing, we can't rest on our laurels, we need to keep pushing on, we need to keep challenging ourselves - how that challenge might look, from the perspective of our meditative practice, is explored in this week's short video (OK, it's a little longer than usual!) and how that challenge might look in the course of your everyday life, today, is set out in this week's quick tip.

 

The adventure on which we all embarked when we decided that "enough was enough" when it came to normal crazy everyday existence is an adventure that keeps on giving: we constantly learn more about who we really are (the person beyond the thoughts), what we really are (pure energy or, if you like, the person beyond your physical being) and the power that we possess (how Perfect Moments "land", how synchronicites, of which we are the co-creators, manifest).

 

It's an adventure where the journey is what matters, where being full of the joys of life today is what matters, it's an an adventure that demands that we continually (gently) push ourselves while we have the opportunity afforded by... this very now.

Challenge yourself today to do something that you think you might not be able to do. Just do it.

 

How best to prepare yourself to do something like that? Here are the step-by-step instructions:

 

Handwrite how you feel (present tense) after you've done the deed.

 

Mini-meditate before you take the plunge - a couple of minutes will do.
