This Week's Reflection

 

Your responsibility is great indeed: heavy - we should all appreciate the weight of our responsibility - and grand, as in something that is transformative both personally and, inevitably, collectively.

 

Your taking responsibility for your own state of mind is inevitably going to have a broader, collective impact: being in the right state of mind impacts life's very building blocks, your DNA. And that, inevitably, impacts those with whom you share DNA, your loved ones up and down the ancestral line!

 

Inevitably, your state of mind has a broader impact - we all know that mood is contagious... even yawning is contagious! We all know that one with presence, on entering a room, lifts what I refer to in today's video, as the room's "mood music" - a negative person has a similar collective impact - an Energy Vampire will drag the room down to their level.

 

The inevitability of your collective impact goes even deeper, however: you are energy. When it flows it, quite literally, lights up a room (a scientific fact, if you need science to confirm what we all deep-down know. When your energy is blocked by your not having taken responsbility for your own state of mind, it creates inevitable collective blockages, it creates what could be described as a damn.

 

And that damn is about to burst. We see it in the impatience of people, their pervasive rudeness and lack of respect, we see it burst onto our social media in the form of anger and rage and we see it on the world stage.

 

And you are responsible.

 

OK - neither you nor I will change the world today. But, in changing our own little world by taking responsibility for our own state of mind, we'll immediately have an impact on the collective and where that might lead is anyone's guess - it could only be an improvement on what we have.

 

 

 

This Week's Quick Tip

 

Stop whatever you're doing - it'll wait, what I'm suggesting won't because, it you don't stop now, you'll miss now.

 

Sit, close your eyes and breathe, just breathe. Doesn't need to be anything fancy - no deep breathing required! Just breathe and feel how each individual breath feels, anywhere or everywhere in your body. Just breathe.
