It may be a horrible truth but one that we need to remember, until we get to the point where we don't need to remember it anymore - we are naturally drawn towards rabbit holes that do not exist in reality. Using the brain in the way that nature, through evolution, intended, we create dark versions of reality that only exist within. But what's going on within out-pictures into the reality of our everyday lives.
Essentially, we're talking about thought, I was going to say, of the normal-crazy variety - but all thought leads to overthinking and leads us down those imagined rabbit holes.
Either way, whether we use our minds the way nature intended, normally or whether we awaken to our true selves, we create our reality, either way.
Which reality would you prefer? What do you want to create in your life, for your life? Or, an easier question, what do you not want to have in your life?
These are questions that rarely agitate the normal mind - the normal mind is overly agitated by itself! The nois within. But these are questions upon which we need to reflect. We, obviously, don't need to think about them - we know where thinking leads. But, perhaps, we might choose to sleep on them.
So, let me end this week's Reflection by recommending the you read and follow the suggestions in this week's Quick Tip
Just before you get into bed tonight ask yourself this question - word-for-word:
What reality would I truly love to create for myself?
Don't bother trying to interpret that question - to interpret is to think about it and thinking will lead you into a dead-end - literally.
Just ask yourself the question, preferably aloud (make sure that you forewarn your nearest and dearest should that need arise!) and sleep on it.
The answers will occur to you in due time.
