Key Learnings from Session #2

Right here, right now is where you find the opportunities that will lead to the achievement of your goals... because right here, right now, is the only place and time that you can be.

You need to focus on what is actually going on in the here and now.  That's different, very different, from what the normal mind thinks is going on.

You need to learn to think a different way or, in fact, learn not to think at all... to just be present in the moment. 

When you're present, you're in Flow - or in the zone - and your tuned-in mind is sufficiently agile to not only know what's really happening but to ensure you do what you need to do to in the moment.

This is where mindfulness meets your goals head on... it's a magic combination that will move you forward effortlessly - much more of that in Session #3!

Modern cognitive psychology and neuroscience confirm that there is just one step you need to take to develop your innate ability to be in Flow, present in the moment.

That one step is encapsulated in the downloadable Mental Exercise that accompanies this Session.
