THE MIND BOGGLES!! |
Change Your Life | November 6th 2025 No. 937 |
Even doing something a little differently than how you normally do it will get you outside your comfort zone - hence this week's Quick Tip!
But I would suggest that you make a habit - a good habit, obviously! - of deliberately doing things that would normally make you feel uncomfortable. No doubt you have your own very personal list of what those things might be!
Before we go any further, remember this: those things that you'd feel uncomfortable doing are only the product of your thinking that they'd be uncomfortable to do, for whatever pre-programmed automatic bad reason!
I would suggest that you let the flow of the moment offer you up opportunities to effortlessly do the previously unthinkable uncomfortable... effortlessly. You won't have to start conjuring up ways of making yourself feel the imaginary discomfort, you'll find yourself doing them and doing them without thinking about it. Remember, we're at our very best when we're not thinking.
It's a question of time and timing. We need to ensure that we give ourselves plenty of time to be in and act in the moment, take the pressure off - in the same way that we said, a few weeks back in the podcast, that slowing down will enable you speed up.
At the same time, you want to ensure that you do not give yourself the time to think! Without the time to think, we act, we do the right thing in the right way, at the right time - it's all about... timing.
And your timing will always be spot on when you're in flow. So the first good habit you need to fully establish and embed in your everyday morning routine is the one that gets you into flow... meditate!
Choose to do something carefree today - it doesn't matter how apparently insignificant what it is... there's no such thing as an insignifcant now.
Don't concern yourself with what others might think about you - they don't because they're not all there.
And never forget who the most important person in your life is...
